Ingredients
2lb chicken breast
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoon small dice onion
2 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup chill sauce
¼ cup General Tso sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 cup broccoli
2 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation
Start out by dicing chicken breast into medium size peace
Add garlic powder and onion powder to chicken and rub it in and place to the side
mince your garlic and ginger and put to the side
dice your onion in to a small dice
cut your broccoli down into bite size pieces
time to cook
Place a large pot on the stove on medium heat
And add the sesame oil, when oil is hot add in chicken and cook until golden brown on each side.
add in the onion, garlic and ginger, cook for about 3 mins then add in soy sauce and cook for two more minutes and then add in General Tso sauce and sweet chill.
add in broccoli and cook for 3 mins more on low heat.
Enjoy with side of white rice
