We are so excited to share another fun and easy summer recipe with you all! Today, we’ll be sharing a Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe which you can also check out on our recent Instagram post!
Berry bowls are delicious and aesthetically pleasing! You can personalize your berry bowl in any way you’d like!
Since blueberries are an essential part of the Berry Smoothie Bowl, we will share more information about them! But first, below is the recipe for these delicious smoothie bowls. We recommend that you try them out if you haven’t yet!
You will need:
1 cup of frozen berries
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp of coconut or almond milk
A variety of fresh fruits
Granola
Instructions:
Add the frozen mixed berries and the ripe banana to a blender until the mixture is slightly chunky
Add the coconut milk or almond milk to the mixture and blend until there is a smooth consistency (little to no chunks)
Scrape the sides to ensure all the contents are being thoroughly mixed
Scoop the mixture into a serving bowl
Add desired fruits and granola on top of the smoothie mixture
It’s that simple! This recipe serves 2 people so enjoy it with a friend!
Another great recipe you can try that contains blueberries is a Blueberry Lemon Shake!
You will need:
1 pint of vanilla ice cream
1 cup of frozen blueberries
⅔ cup of milk
1 tbsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Instructions:
Blend the vanilla ice cream, frozen blueberries, milk, 1 tbsp of lemon zest, lemon juice
Serve with fresh blueberries and lemon zest
